As a member, you will have access to webinars and training programs conducted by some of the industries best subject matter experts allowing you to enhance your competence, confidence and content delivery.
The IAWCI is working with regulatory bodies, accrediting organizations and providers to bring our instructors certification training in other areas beyond well control for those who are interested in expanding their course offerings. Benefits such as these can open additional doors for both you as an instructor and the providers for which you work.
Depending on the level of membership, and employment status, many of our instructors participate in the IAWCITM Instructor Share program in which we offer Providers a flexible way to conduct training. Whether it is online training or classroom delivery near where you live, as an Instructor Share participant, you can teach without excessive travel, decide what your schedule will be and select the courses on which you want to focus.
As an expert in various well control topics, you also will have the option of offering your programs to other Instructors creating a stream of income for yourself. At the IAWCI, we believe that material you create belongs to you and that you should be able to monetize that material if you so decide. Are you an expert in a specific aspect of the drilling, well servicing or well control industry? Can you accredit instructors to teach topics they are not currently approved to teach? There are countless opportunities world-wide for you to develop and add to our training program.
